Avon & Avon Lake — Two Cities, Different Plumbing
Avon and Avon Lake share a name and a school district, but the plumbing problems are different. Avon Lake homes — especially those near the lakefront — deal with high water tables, lakeshore drainage challenges, and sump pumps that work overtime in spring storms. Avon proper, growing rapidly with newer subdivisions inland, sees more new-construction issues: builder-grade water heaters reaching end of life, gas line additions for outdoor kitchens, and the occasional sewer connection issue from the rapid build-out.
We've serviced both sides of the Avon area for years. Common Avon Lake calls include gas lines for custom outdoor grills (a popular addition for homeowners with patios or built-in kitchens) and sump pumps (a near-universal need given the soil and high water table near the lake). Across Avon and Avon Lake, our customer base has grown one job at a time through repeat business and neighbor-to-neighbor recommendations.
We're headquartered in North Olmsted, about 15 minutes east, but Avon and Avon Lake are home territory for us. Years of work here means we know these homes — and we treat every job in the Avon area with the same care, whether you're a first-time call or a repeat customer.
