Effective September 19, 2026
The program
Critical Plumbing Ohio sends text messages to customers about their own plumbing visit: a confirmation when the visit is booked or moved, a reminder the evening before, a message when the plumber is on the way, and a thank-you when the job is paid, which may include a link to leave a review. We do not send advertising by text.
How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the optional box that says we may text you about your appointment, on our online booking page or a form on our website (the box is never ticked for you), or by saying yes when we ask on the phone or in person, when we also tell you where to find our Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Tell us when you book if you would rather not be texted, and we will switch texts off for your visit.
